Using the most up to date Voith diagnostic software we are able to offer ECU diagnostic services for vehicles fitted with DIWA 3, 5 & 6 transmissions.
RB Clutch Repair
Has your vehicle lost the use of its retarder? An cost effective repair can be carried out which involves the replacement of the RB clutch pack to reinstate your transmission back to full working order.

Transmission
removal & fitment
We offer a fitment service for all Voith transmissions whether it be a simple inline application or the more complicated DB250. We can also offer fitment of most ZF & Allison transmissions.
Spare Parts
We carry a wide range of spare parts to ensure repairs can be carried out in a timely manner but please note some parts may have to be ordered.
Disconnections
When the connection between the engine and gearbox becomes worn out and the vehicle loses drive. This repair is carried out by replacing the transmission input shaft and flywheel mounted Hydrodamp.
